Maui Dog combines the “All American” hot dog and bratwurst with the tropical flavors of the Hawaiian Islands.
Maui Dogs are ordered in three steps.
First, a mayonnaise blended with garlic and spices is chosen in mild, medium or hot. Then a fruit relish is chosen in one or a combination of mango, coconut, pineapple or banana. A mustard is chosen, with the signature mustard being flavored with passionfruit.
The combination of these toppings creates a flavor explosion never experienced on the mainland before! Slightly sweet and fluffy Hawaiian buns are perfect compliments which complete the Maui Dog. Additional toppings such as onions, cilantro, bacon, avocado, chili and many more may also be added. Order a Maui Dog “shaggy style” and you get a Maui Dog topped with our own Hawaiian coleslaw.
